The Making of the Most Hated Woman in America w/ Director Tommy O'Haver

Tommy O'Haver is an American film director and screenwriter. He grew up in Carmel, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis. He graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Journalism and Comparative Literature. In the mid-1990s, he attended the MFA Film program at the University of Southern CaliforniaSchool of Cinematic Arts. While there, he directed shorts that appeared at major festivals, including Sundance and The New York Film Festival.

Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss, featuring Sean Hayes, was O'Haver's directorial debut. Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss played in competition at the 1998 Sundance Film Festival and also screened at the Helsinki International Film Festival He enlisted his friend the music journalist Rita M. Johnson to assist with music on the film.

His follow-up film Get Over It featured Kirsten Dunst, Ben Foster, Mila Kunis and Zoe Saldana in a teen comedy about a school theater production. O'Haver's third film, Ella Enchanted, starred Anne Hathaway. Catherine Keener. 

Ellen Page and James Franco star in An American Crime, which premiered at Sundance in 2007, a film based on a true story of Gertrude Baniszewski, an Indiana woman charged in 1965 with the murder of Sylvia Likens. The initial reaction at Sundance was mixed, but the film garnered critical praise. 

O'Haver and his writing partner, Irene Turner, were nominated for a Writer's Guild Award for the film as well. O'Haver is currently in pre-production on Golden Gate, a thriller for Summit Entertainment.

In June 2013, he directed the music video "Rollin'" for MiBBs.
On 2 April 2015, the seventh episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden was broadcast from O'Haver's house. 
In 2017 O'Haver's fifth film, 

The Most Hated Woman in America, was released; it starred Melissa Leo as Madalyn Murray O'Hair, the founder of American Atheists.

David Silverman on the Mythicist Milwaukee Show

David Silverman is the President of American Atheists and was the creator and Executive Producer of the 2012 Reason Rally and is on the board of operations for 2016.

He attended Brandeis University, where he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science while honing his debating skills with theists in numerous informal debates.

He has been an atheist since he was 6-years-old. Dave became an activist in 1996 and soon became New Jersey State Director. He also founded the Alliance of Lucent and AT&T Atheists and Secularists, the first employee club of its kind. He was tapped to be the National Spokesperson in 2004, and then was named Vice President in 2008. The Board of Directors elected Dave as President in September of 2010.

David has appeared on most major news programs including The O'Reilly Factor (spawning the famous "WTF meme-face"), Scarborough Country, The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, CNN's Paula Zahn NOW, Nick News, Hannity and Colmes, FOX and Friends, NPR's All Things Considered, and many more. David hosts the Atheist Viewpoint TV show with co-host Dennis Horvitz. He is also the author of the book “Fighting God: An Atheist Manifesto for a Religious World” where he argues that religion is more than just wrong: it is malevolent and does not deserve our respect.

During this interview Dave explains why atheists need to attend the 2016 Reason Rally. He explains why he is so excited to have A-list celebrities speaking at the event. He is very optimistic that within his life time we will see atheism be more socially acceptable and why the 2016 presidential candidates help prove this narrative. Where Atheism and Mythicism Meet w/ Frank Zindler

Frank Zindler joins us on the "Mythicist Milwaukee Show" 

Frank R. Zindler is a prominent American atheist who served as interim president of the atheist organization American Atheists in 2008. Zindler has been a biology, psychobiology and geology professor for many years. Zindler is the editor of American Atheist Magazine and Director of American Atheists Press.

Zindler is an outspoken opponent of Creationism and has participated in several Evolution v. Creation debates including his famous debate with philosopher and theologian William Lane Craig.

Zindler is also a proponent of the mythicist theory that no historical person lies behind the Gospel picture of Jesus of Nazareth. After the publication of Bart Ehrman's 2012 book “Did Jesus Exist?” Zindler and Robert M. Price co-edited an anthology of essays by various mythicist scholars arguing against Bart Ehrman's position.

Frank joins us and discusses his relationship with Madalyn Murray O'Hair and his involvement with the foundation of the American Atheists organization. He also explains how Madalyn first introduced him to the mythicist position and the value that he feels this area of study brings to the atheist movement.

Frank Zindler is a very accomplished secular leader and scholar that has done and continues to do great things to promote secularism. He has been involved in the atheist movement for over 30 years and continues to dedicate his life advocating for secular values.
